Cancellation Policy
✨ Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Skin Deep Beauty Spa, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. In order to maintain a peaceful, private experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you honor the time set aside for your treatment.
🤍 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
🤍 Appointments adjusted with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.
🤍 No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
🤍 Late Arrivals
To respect the experience of the next guest, late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. Full service pricing will still apply.
🤍 Card on File
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Charges will only be applied in accordance with the policies above.
